Chris, who married into a four-generation auctioneering family, specializes in all types of real estate auctions. He combines his passion for auctioneering with a strong business foundation, holding a bachelor's degree in business administration from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. Chris is a graduate of The Ohio Auction School and an active member of the Florida, Ohio and National Auctioneers Associations. He is currently pursuing the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation to further enhance his expertise. With experience in real estate finance, mortgage lending, and social media marketing, Chris is well-equipped to handle the complexities of today's real estate auction market. Chris grew up in the Clearwater, & St. Pete Fl area. He and his wife, Emma, have two young children.
