Barry, a third-generation auctioneer with a passion for commercial and industrial real estate, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every auction. He holds a BSBA in Marketing from The Ohio State University and has further honed his skills through the Missouri Auction School and the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI). As an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) and a CCIM designee, Barry possesses the expertise to handle complex real estate transactions. He is an active member of the Ohio and National Auctioneers Associations and served as president of the Ohio Auctioneers Association in 2008. Currently, Barry is the Owner-Broker of both Ohio Real Estate Auctions and Florida Real Estate Auctions. He and his wife, Sonya, split their time between Columbus, OH, and Ft.
